Birthday Cubbies
It's raining birthdays in my room these days. I've got 15 of them to celebrate from January through April. When it rains, it pours. Anyway, this post is about a simple little thing I do to help celebrate all these birthdays. Sometimes grown-up kids are surprised with decorated lockers on special days. My kids don't have lockers, but they do have cubbies in the hallway. I decorate each little birthday person's cubby with a homemade balloon on their day. There's nothing particularly fancy about it, but they sure do feel special when their balloon shows up.

Chrissy, thank you much. It's simple but sweet.
DeleteThat is so sweet of you to celebrate each one's birthday by decorating their cubby. I am sure they feel very special because of it! That is so funny that our opening sentences are so similar today. :)

Thanks Barb. The kids enjoy it!
DeleteI really like this idea! We had only one birthday from August through January-so we've had a bunch recently too! I may have to steal this one. :)
