Pinterest inspired me to have my kids draw the Cat in the Hat today, but unlike the Pinterest activity, I opted for just his top half. I'm glad I did, because I think he turned out awfully cute 22 times over.
Love your pictures. Thank you so much for the award your blog is just as lovely. I always enjoy it. AND Your name is lovely too! lol Thank you again, Tammy too.
Thank you for the award! I was out at a training today so I missed the Dr. Seuss birthday fun. I think I may just do some drawing with my kiddos on Monday because those turned out super cute!
Thanks for sharing... I LOVE the third one down...that one is def. a keeper!! Those kids are so artistically gifted!! I had my Kinders draw the presidents one year and I could not believe the outcome...AMAZING! We entered a scholastics contest, but we never did hear or receive anything from them...but I posted the pics on my website so the kids could feel famous!! hehehe
We have a similar art project in our Arts Attack curriculum ... but it never turns our nearly this cute! Would you be willing to share your steps for this directed drawing???
You have as artistic bunch of first graders!!! Those Cat in the Hats are adorable!
