If I had to be out when I taught Kindergarten (which was SO much work) I always had my guest teacher start the day playing "who stole the cookie from the cookie jar" with name tags. I'd leave the kids names on stickers and the teacher would put them upside down in the center of the circle. This was a game we played at the beginning of the year so it was fun for the kids to do it again and then the kids would wear the tags for the rest of the day. Well a few might not but those were the ones whose name she would have learned right away :) It is so much easier now because my assistant just takes over as head teacher with a parent sub. <br />LynLyn Goffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05670862168416287427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7605926763598675958.post-37402154725903966262013-01-30T16:00:27.149-08:002013-01-30T16:00:27.149-08:00Jennifer, no I can imagine they certainly wouldn&#...Jennifer, no I can imagine they certainly wouldn't with that many students to keep track of!Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18053983168084838303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7605926763598675958.post-44466315133011200572013-01-30T15:59:42.682-08:002013-01-30T15:59:42.682-08:00Lori, I figure the more they know the better thing...Lori, I figure the more they know the better things will go...hopefully!Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18053983168084838303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7605926763598675958.post-4396556161107347542013-01-30T15:59:15.513-08:002013-01-30T15:59:15.513-08:00Laurie, I sure hope they do!Laurie, I sure hope they do!Tammyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18053983168084838303noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7605926763598675958.post-73694626513217991052013-01-30T15:58:56.215-08:002013-01-30T15:58:56.215-08:00Barbara, I'm glad some sunshine found its way ...Barbara, I'm glad some sunshine found its way to you.
